The neighborhood is 35 km away from the center. The economy of the village is based on agriculture and animal husbandry. The village has both drinking water and sewage system but there is no PTT agency. Since there is not any health center, İnecik village health center, which is close to Araphacı, is used. Since the road of the village is between İnecik and Sağlamtaş, transportation is very easy. The road of the village is asphalt and there is electricity and landline in the village. The population in 2019 is 117 people. After Tekirdağ gained the metropolitan status on December 6, 2012, all villages turned into neighborhoods.
